What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address and the contact details you choose to give us, along with your orders. We record the IP address of your last sign-in to help protect your account. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. Your card details go straight to PayPal and are never seen or stored by us; we keep only the payment reference.

How we use it

We use your details to provide your hosting, send account and billing emails, and answer support requests. We do not sell your information.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser remembers whether you chose day or night mode. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account profile at any time. To have your account removed, email support@bitmasterhosting.com.
