Your account

You are responsible for keeping your BitMaster Hosting and cPanel passwords private and for everything done with your account. Please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you about your service.

Billing and renewals

Plans are paid in advance for the billing period you choose. Your service renews at the end of each period at the current price for your plan unless you cancel before the renewal date. Accounts that are not paid may be suspended and later removed.

Acceptable use

Do not use your hosting for anything illegal, for sending spam, for phishing or malware, for attacking other systems, or for content that infringes someone else's rights. Plan limits (CPU, memory, processes, inodes and storage) apply to every account. We may suspend accounts that put the server or other customers at risk.

Backups

We back up accounts daily as a courtesy, but you should keep your own copies of anything important. We cannot guarantee that every backup can be restored.

Cancelling

Email us from the address on your account to cancel. Your sites, email and files are removed after the account closes, so download anything you need first.
